Deaths in Limerick - February 15, 2018

The death has occurred of Sr Mary Feane, Clacton-on-Sea, England and late of Cappanafaraha, Bruree.

Very deeply regretted by her loving brother Jimmy, sister Eileen (Ryan), sister-in-law Mary, nephew Shane, nieces Niamh and Sinead, cousins, relatives, kind neighbours and her many friends.

Memorial Mass will be celebrated this Saturday evening (17th) at 6.00pm at St Munchin's Church, Rockhill.

The death has occurred of Eileen Fenlon (née Gleeson), Coventry, UK and St. Michael's Nursing Home, Caherconlish.

Deeply regretted by sister Pauline Bourke of Griffith Avenue, nieces, nephews, all her friends in both Coventry and Limerick.

Reposing tomorrow, Friday, at Cross' Funeral Home, Gerald Griffin Street from 6pm to 7pm. Arriving at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Childers Road for Requiem Mass on Saturday at 11am, burial afterwards in Abbington Cemetery, Murroe.

The death has occurred of Sarah Frewen (née Carter), Castle Street, Castleconnell, peacefully in the loving care of Millbrae Lodge Nursing Home, Newport.

Aged 91 years. Wife of the late Willie. Deeply regretted by her loving brother-in-law John Frewen, sister-in-law Maureen Coffey, nieces-in-law Mary Frewen and Kathleen Coffey, cousins, neighbours, relatives and dear friends.

Reposing at Meehan's Funeral Home, Castleconnell this Saturday 17th February from 5 p.m. with removal at 6.30 p.m. to St. Joseph's Church, Castleconnell. Requiem Mass on Sunday 18th at 11.30 a.m., burial afterwards in Stradbally Cemetery, Castleconnell.

The death has occurred of Roisín Nash, Belfield Park, Ennis Road, late librarian, peacefully at University Hospital Limerick.

Sister of late Pauline. Deeply regretted by her relatives, friends, neighbours & carers.

Remains arriving at St. Munchin’s Church on Monday (Feb. 19th) for 11 am Mass. Burial afterwards in Mount St. Lawrence Cemetery.

The death has occurred of John O'Dwyer, Rush, Co. Dublin and late of Caherconlish, Co. Limerick. 

John; sadly missed by his loving wife Ann, son John, daughter in law Tracy, brother PJ, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Fitzgeralds Funeral Directors, Rush on Saturday from 12 noon to 1.30pm followed by removal to Dardistown Crematorium arriving for 2.30pm for Cremation Service. Family flowers only donations to The Bons Secours Patients Day Unit. Donation box at crematorium.

The death has occurred of Denis O'Malley, The Park Retirement Village, Castletroy and late of Madaboy, Murroe, suddenly. 

Deeply regretted by his sister Clare Howard, brother-in-law Len, nephews Michael, Donough, Gary & Brendan, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral arriving at Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Milford on Saturday (Feb. 17th) for Requiem Mass at 1pm followed by cremation at Shannon Crematorium. Family flowers only.

The death has occurred of Virginia Slater (née Nash), Lynwood Park, Ballysimon Road and late of St. John’s Square, peacefully in The Lakes Nursing Home, Killaloe.

Deeply regretted by her loving husband Thomas, children Bronwyn, Garry, Thomas & Shane, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren Tiffany & Shane, brother Pat, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
