Deaths in Limerick - January 16, 2018

The death has occurred of Breda Howard, Tully, Glenroe, peacefully at St. Camillus' Hospital.

Deeply regretted by her brothers George, Owen and Tom, sisters Evelyn and Fionnuala, sister-in-law Mary, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins and friends.

Reposing at Ryans Funeral Home, Ballylanders, this Wednesday evening from 6.30pm. Removal at 8pm to Our Lady of Ransom Church, Glenroe. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred of Catherine (Kitty) O'Connor (née Noonan), Gurteen Lodge, Feenagh, in her 91st year in the loving care of the staff in Killeline Nursing Home, Newcastle West.

Predeceased by her husband John. Deeply regretted by her sisters Mary Kelleher and Betty Campion Hurley, nephews, nieces, extended family and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Sexton's Funeral Home, Broadford on Wednesday from 6.30pm with removal at 8.30pm to St. Ita's Church, Feenagh. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Kilmeedy Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Jack Minihan, Granville Park, St Patrick’s Road, formerly of Janesboro, late of CIE, Dan Lawless Florist, peacefully after a short illness at Milford Care Centre.

Beloved husband of Dolores. Dearly loved father of Michael, Amanda, Elaine and Jackie. Sadly missed by his loving daughter-in-law Maria, sons-in-law Greg, Ian and Michael, grandchildren, brothers Brendan, Brian, Michael and Sal, sister Helen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends. May he Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street on Wednesday evening from 5.30pm to 7pm followed by removal to St Brigid’s Church. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 12 noon followed by Cremation Service at 2pm at Shannon Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Milford Care Centre.

The death has occurred of Michael O'Donoghue, Lenihan Avenue, Prospect, peacefully at home. 

Deeply regretted by his wife Teresa, son Michael, brothers Patrick and Peter, sisters Mary, Rita, Nuala, Pauline, and Bernie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, all other relatives and friends.

Reposing Wednesday at Cross' Funeral Home, Gerald Griffin Street from 5pm followed by removal at 6.30pm to St Saviours Church. Requiem Mass Thursday at 10am.Burial afterwards to Mount Saint Oliver Cemetery.
