The death has occurred of Birdie Johanna Ahern (née Guiry), Gortnagross, Athea, peacefully in the loving care of the staff of 3A University Hospital Limerick, surrounded by her family.

Beloved wife of the late Denny (Blacksmith). Devoted mother to her children; sons Tom, Jim and Mick, daughters Mary (Tola Park, Shannon), Margaret McCarthy (Killarney). Will be sadly missed by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, Mary Kiely, nieces, nephews, cousins, kind neighbours and wide circle of friends. Her devoted lifetime friend Mary Ahern.

Reposing at Kelly's Funeral Home, Athea Saturday 2nd December from 4pm to 6.30pm with removal at 6.30pm to St Bartholomew's Church, Athea. Mass of the Resurrection on Sunday 3rd December at 11am followed by burial in Holy Cross Cemetery, Athea. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Palliative Care, University Hospital Limerick.

The death has occurred of Theresa Doyle (née Nugent), Salitral, Church Road, Ballycummin, Raheen and formerly of Cork Street, Dublin, peacefully at Milford Care Centre. 

Beloved wife of Michael. Dearly loved mother of Jim, Veronica, Michael, Margaret and Brian. Sister of the late Joe, Francie, Maureen and Sean. Sadly missed by her loving son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, brothers Patsy and Seamus, sisters Alice, Laurie, Betty, Peggy, Kathleen and Marie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Reposing at her home on Friday evening from 5pm to 8pm. Removal to Raheen Church on Saturday for Requiem Mass at 11am with burial afterwards in Castlemungret Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Milford Care Centre.

The death has occurred of Ruth Potter, Clancy's Strand, Limerick City, peacefully at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross, Dublin.

The death has occurred of Noel Sheehan, ‘Birchdale’, Newtown, Castletroy, peacefully at Adare & District Nursing Home. 

Beloved husband of the late Maureen and dearest father of Barry , Louise and the late Paul. Deeply regretted by his daughter-in-law Rosario, brother Ciaran, sister-in-law Lily, cousin Nora, the extended Lenihan & Sheehan families, other relatives & friends.

The death has occurred of John (Jack) Begley, Clouncagh, Ballingarry, peacefully surrounded by his loving family at University Hospital Limerick.

Dearly beloved husband of Joan (nee Mullane) and much loved father of John, Sheila (Mangan), James, Stella (Hennessy) and Laura (O'Connor). Brother of Donal and the late Maurice, Jim, Mary and Kathleen. The death has occurred of Thomas E. Ryan, Scart House, Ballyneety, near Limerick and Caherass Nursing Home, peacefully at St. John’s Hospital.

Beloved husband of the late Maria and loving father of Miriam & Kenneth. Deeply regretted by his sisters Marjorie (Harvey) & Betty (O’Toole), son-in-law Kevin (Mc Donnell), grandchildren Genevieve & Hazel sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives & friends.
