It is with deep sadness we announce the death of Tom (Thomas) Malone, Ballyea, Fedamore, Co Limerick

On September 27th 2025, peacefully surrounded by his loving family in University Hospital Limerick.

Predeceased by his siblings and granddaughter Aoife.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Sheila, daughter Jacqueline (Enright), sons Darren, Damian, Dale, Derrek, Dean & Donn, seventeen grandchildren, one great grandchild, brother John, son-in-law Sean Enright, daughters-in-law Bernie, Michelle, Georgina, Tina, Kristine & Martina, sister-in-law Mary, brothers-in-law, Kieran, Cam (Michael) & Declan, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Cross's Funeral Home, Ballyneety (V94 A7Y3) Monday, September 29th, from 5pm to 7.30pm.

Funeral will arrive Tuesday, September 30th, at St. John The Baptist Church, Fedamore for Requiem Mass at 12 noon, funeral afterwards to Fedamore New Cemetery.

Tom's Funeral Mass will be Live streamed (link to follow)

It is with deep sadness we announce the death of Edward (Eddie) Mackessey Ballykeefe Estate, Dooradoyle and late of Bourke Avenue, Edward Street, Limerick.

On September 27th 2025, peacefully, in Milford Care Centre, surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his brother Paddy.

Sadly missed by his wife Mary, daughter Maria, son Alan, grandson Dan, granddaughter Rachel, adored great grand daughter Naomi, brothers Johnny, Terry and Tony, sisters-in-law Noreen and Brenda, nephew Paul and John, other relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Cross's Funeral Home, Gerald Griffin Street, Tuesday, September 30th, from 5pm to 7pm, followed by removal to St. Saviour's Dominican Church, Glentworth Street.

Requiem Mass Wednesday, October 1st, at 11am, funeral afterwards to Shannon Crematorium for Service at 1pm.

Edward’s family would like to acknowledge the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of Milford Care Centre, for their exceptional care and support.

Donations in lieu of flowers to Milford Care Centre in Memory of Edward (Eddie) Mackessey.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Patrick (Patsy) Dalton of Glebe House, The Square, Killinane, Galbally, Co. Limerick, who passed away peacefully on Saturday, 27th September 2025, in the loving care of Milford Hospice, Limerick surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents Maimie and Johnny, brother Tom and sister Mary.

Beloved husband and best friend of Philomena (née Neasy). Sadly missed by his loving wife, brother Seán (Raheen, Limerick), sisters Nóirín (Cummins, Glenbrohane), Catherine (O’Brien, Castletroy), Breda (Dalton, Glenbrohane), and Geraldine (Attridge, UK), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, extended relatives, neighbours and his many friends.

Reposing in St. Patrick’s Church Glenbrohane on Tuesday, 30th September, from 5:00 to 8:00pm, followed by Evening Prayers.

Requiem Mass Wednesday, 1st October, at 12 noon, followed by burial Auraclaw Cemetery.

The death has occurred of William (Bill) Casey, Con Colbert Street, Athea, Co. Limerick.

Unexpectedly, but peacefully, on September 27th, 2025, at St. John's Hospital Limerick, after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family. 

Bill will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Peggy (née O'Sullivan-Rathmore), sons Liam and Denis, daughters Ann Marie, Mairead and Mary Ita, daughter-in-law Toni, sons-in-law Peter, Billy, Ger and Philip, his adored grandchildren Sarah, Molly, Caoimhe, Stephen, Eavan, Pierce, Ruairi, Casey, Grace, Bill and Ned, nephews Tom and Sean, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at St. Bartholomew's Church, Athea, on Tuesday evening (September 30th), from 5.00pm to 8.00pm.

Requiem Mass for Bill will be celebrated in St. Bartholomew's Church, Athea, on Wednesday at 12 noon, live-streamed on www.churchservices.tv/athea , followed by burial afterwards in Holy Cross Cemetery, Athea.
