The death has occurred of Patrick (Paddy) Madden of Bracken Crescent, North Circular Road, Limerick. Former councillor and Mayor of Limerick. Formerly of Dublin Road, Limerick and ex Irish Cement.

Beloved husband of Mary and adored dad of Pat and Clair.

Sadly missed by his loving family; daughter-in-law Rose; son-in-law Dominic, grandchildren Leo, Nicole and Clara, sister Mary, brother Jimmy, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, other relatives, friends and neighbours.

Predeceased by his parents Vera and James and brother Séan.

Reposing at Cross' Funeral Home, Gerald Griffin Street on Thursday (December 28), from 4.30pm to 6pm, followed by removal to Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Ennis Road.

Requiem Mass on Friday at 2pm with cremation afterwards at Shannon Crematorium at 4pm.
