Prosecuting Sergeant Denis Waters told Limerick City’s District Court that Antonio Divito has 18 previous convictions
A MAN who came before Limerick District Court has received his fourth conviction in a row for driving without his driver's licence.
Antonio Divito, 29, of Ballycannon Heights, Meelick, County Clare was caught driving his Renault without a driving licence on the Dublin Road, Limerick on October 5, 2025 at 11.30pm.
Prosecuting Sergeant Denis Waters told Limerick City’s District Court that Mr Divito has 18 previous convictions.

The man’s previous convictions include three counts of driving without a licence, one for no insurance, one for driving without an NCT, one for driving without a seatbelt, a section two assault, one criminal damage offence and one conviction for drug possession.
Judge Patricia Harney proceeded to convict and fine Mr Divito €350, and gave the man three months to pay the penalty.
