An image of the drugs seizure
A WOMAN arrested in connection with the seizure of €100,000 cannabis in Limerick city has been charged.
She will appear before Limerick District District Court on a date in late January 2026.

The seizure of approximately five kilograms of herbal cannabis was made as a result of a joint operation conducted by the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau (GNDOCB), Limerick Divisional Drug & Detective Units, last Monday.
The drugs seized will be forwarded to Forensic Science Ireland for analysis.
