A MAN charged with three drugs related offences, including one for cultivating drugs at a suspected growhouse in County Limerick, has been sent forward to the next sittings of Limerick Circuit Court.
Evan Quaid with an address at Knocknamuck, Freemount, Charleville, Co Cork, is facing three charges, all under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
One for Section 3 possession of drugs for personal use, one under Section 15 of possession of drugs for sale or supply and one under Section 17 for the cultivation of drugs. The cultivation charge relates to an alleged growhouse in the Knocklong area.
Detective Garda Shane Hogan, of Roxboro garda station, formally served Mr Quaid with the book of evidence at Kilmallock District Court.
The 29-year-old has now been sent forward at the next sittings of Limerick Circuit Court on a signed plea of guilty.

Inspector Barry Manton told the court that the gardaí had no objection to bail being granted on the same conditions as before.
Mr Quaid was granted bail on his own bond of €100 on the condition that he be of good behaviour.
Due to a change in circumstances, sign on at Mallow garda station was changed from Monday, Wednesday and Friday to having to sign on every Saturday at the same station between 9am and 9pm.
Judge Harney issued an alibi warning and legal aid was assigned to solicitor Ted McCarthy and also for one junior counsel.
