The community-led run has both 5km and 10km options
THERE will be a community-led Run Against Cancer in Ballylanders on May 24.
The first 200 finishers will receive a bespoke medal and there will be course routes to suit seasoned runners and those just starting out.
The 5k route is over gentle terrain, with all abilities welcome and people can choose to walk, jog or run - it's ideal for families and those taking on their first 5k.
The 10k route then is more challenging over mixed terrain. The entry fee is €10 with money going to the Irish Cancer Society.
Both routes take in very scenic areas.
