Online registration opens for County Limerick village's 5k Family Run/Walk

Organised by Croom Community Development Association, the 5km run/walk takes place alongside the popular St Patrick’s Day 10k, offering a fun, inclusive option for families, walkers, and runners of all abilities

Online registration opens for County Limerick village's 5k Family Run/Walk

ONLINE registration is open for the Croom Riverside 5k Family Run/Walk on Tuesday, March 17. The event will commence at 9.30am from the Croom Sports Hall.

Online registration is open at Cromadh.com with special online discounts. Registration is also available at the Croom Sports Hall on the morning of the event.

Organised by Croom Community Development Association, the 5km run/walk takes place alongside the popular St Patrick’s Day 10k, offering a fun, inclusive option for families, walkers, and runners of all abilities.

This year’s event marks an important milestone, with Croom Concrete’s sponsorship of the Riverside 5K for the first time. Their support represents the first ever dedicated sponsorship of the 5K event and highlights a growing commitment from local businesses to support community health, wellbeing, and inclusive sporting events in Croom.

“This event is all about bringing the community together on St Patrick’s Day,” said Ms Ryan, CEO of Croom Development.

“Whether you’re running, walking, or cheering from the side lines, the Riverside 5K is a fantastic way to start the day and showcase the best of Croom."
