CROOM Community Development Association (CCDA) are holding a ‘Night at the Dogs’ fundraiser on Saturday, May 25 at Limerick Greyhound Stadium.
CCDA have run various fundraising events over the last number of years including a very successful Night at the Dogs last year.
“We would like to sincerely thank everyone who supported that event in various ways,” said a spokesperson for the association.
This year’s Night at the Dogs for Croom, takes place at the Limerick Greyhound Stadium on Saturday, May 25.
“Once again, many options are available to help in this fundraiser - such as sponsoring the race programme, buying a €20 ticket giving admission and a place in the Buster Draw or reserving a place in the restaurant for €45,” continued the spokesperson.
“The event is to continue in our fundraising efforts to raise essential funds for the development of the town park, playground and civic centre. As well as the thrill of the races there will be promotions, and raffles on the night.”
There are many prizes on offer in the Buster Draw, where with the purchase of a €20 ticket, people will be in with a chance of winning the first prize of €2,000.
All tickets include admission and must be purchased prior to the event as these will not be available on the night.
