Limerick models work runway magic

ASIMPLY superb fashion show was the talk of the town over the weekend, as we hosted the winter season Max Mara collection show in Brown Thomas, in the heart of Limerick city.

On Saturday lunchtime, the Holman Lee Agency team and I had the pleasure of taking lead with the fabulous show.

The runway spectacle showcased a dazzling display of textures, warm colours and sustainable designs to suit the winter season we are coming into.

The show saw crowds flocking to Limerick’s most fashionable department store to see the fashion forward show, which didn’t disappoint.

International fashion house Max Mara delivered all of their latest collections and diverse designs to the people of Limerick while they enjoyed a complimentary glass of prosecco.

I have been a fan of the Max Mara fashion label all my modelling life.

It is undoubtedly one of the most popular fashion brands in the country and this season is no exception.

The Holman Lee Agency girls got the opportunity to showcase their talent on the runway and they made us proud with the eye-catching garments and layers of warmth that they flaunted.

This is the second Max Mara show we hosted in Brown Thomas this year, the first being in April to showcase their spring/summer collections.

The autumn/winter styles boasted gorgeous knits, long silks and cosy floor-length coats in magnificent colours such as green, pink and of course, camel, which is alway a huge hit with the audience.

The knitwear and the different styles of trousers were so wearable and so perfect for the weather that we are having now.

The casual jackets also from the Max Mara Weekend collection went down a treat too, as did a personal favourite, Max Mara Sports, which has chic active-leisure.
