IRELAND and Connacht Rugby star Mack Hansen, along with his Connacht teammate Dave Heffernan, joined a special event at Shannon RFC’s clubhouse in Thomond Park recently to present the Boys U12 team with a new set of jerseys for next season, generously sponsored by HOMS Assist.
The two famous rugby players spent time chatting with the squad, posing for photos and offering encouragement to the next generation of rugby players.
HOMS Assist is proud to lend its support to the club as part of its ongoing commitment to supporting local communities and grassroots sport.
Speaking at the event, representatives from HOMS Assist said they were delighted to support the team and wished the players the very best for the remainder of this season, and their upcoming tour to the Canary Island this May, which will see around 30 young players and coaches travel to play a series of matches in Lanzarote, Tenerife, and Fuerteventura.
