Munster Rugby prop Conor Bartley
EXPERIENCED prop Conor Bartley celebrated a milestone in his rugby career when making his United Rugby Championship debut for Munster Rugby in their bonus point win over the Scarlets at Parc y Scarlets on Saturday.
Thirty year-old Bartley was introdued from the replacements banch at the start of the final quarter as Clayton McMillan's side scored an impressive 34-21 bonus point win over the Welsh region.

Bartley signed a short-term contract extension with Munster Rugby this summer.
Young Munster clubman Bartley, who can also play loosehead, initially joined Munster last November after impressing in the Energia All-Ireland League.
Bartley played his schools rugby with Castletroy College before lining out for Garryowe FC for a season. He has been a cornerstone of Young Munster’s front row for the past 10 years.
He won three consecutive Bank of Ireland Munster Senior Challenge Cup titles with the Cookies between 2021 and 2023. Last year he started at tighthead in the Ireland Club XV’s 20-17 win over Portugal ‘A’.
