What a great success the recent Charleville Park Hotel Wedding Fair turned out to be. They certainly have amazing facilities there if you are looking for a venue for your perfect day.
The newly-renovated main function room is truly spectacular and can fit up to 450 guests. I also love their newly refurbished courtyard which features a “love seat for two”, ideal for photographs and some quiet time during your big day.
It was great to see Limerick businesses exhibiting at the fair, the likes of Ryan’s Jewellers, Tiger Lilies, Esquire Formal menswear and Audrey’s Wedding Occasions were all there.
The bridal fashion was provided by Sefton House Bridal and mother of bride/ guest wear was by the fabulous Ela Maria in Newcastle West.
I would like to thank Monica Gilmore, Business Development Manager with Charleville Park Hotel and her team for organising the hospitality on the day!
St Paul's Fashion Show
It promises to be a night of fashion, entertainment and all around good fun at the St Paul's Fundraising Fashion Show.
The St Paul’s School and Parents’ Association, Dooradoyle are in the midst of organising the fundraiser show which will be held in the South Court Hotel on Wednesday, April 13 at 8pm.
The Holman Lee models will be joined by pupils, staff and parents from St Paul’s School to showcase collections from leading fashion houses in the city and county.
The launch was held recently in Alfie’s Bar and Restaurant in Ballycummin.
I was really impressed with this venue and definitely would recommend a visit. It was also great to meet John Fitzgerald, proprietor of Spar in Racefield Centre, one of the main sponsors of the fashion show.
The event will also include a best dressed lady prize, numerous door prizes, some dancing and of course a good old sing song.
It’s great to see the effort and the enthusiasm of all the organisers and I'm looking forward to be a part of it.
