Limerick car dealership motors to the top prize
City dealer wins prize for marketing in Munster
STAFF at a Limerick car dealership are celebrating after their hard work has driven them to a marketing award.
Kearys Carstore, of Unit 6B, East Point Retail Park, Ballysimon Rd, Garryglass, on the outskirts of Limerick city, has been named the Munster winner of the best online category in the CarsIreland.ie dealership awards.
The business was recognised, judges said, for its customer-focused digital strategy, engaging online presence and commitment to making the car-buying journey as straight forward as possible.
Sponsored by Dublin auction house Wilson’s Auctions, this category recognises independent dealerships setting new digital standards in the Irish motor industry.
Winners are selected by an independent panel of automotive and marketing experts from a pool of entries submitted across all four provinces.
Ger Toher, chief executive at CarsIreland.ie, said: “Most buyers' journeys now start online, and first impressions are more crucial than ever.
"The best online marketing category recognises dealerships who invest in engaging digital experiences and making it easy for customers to research and buy with confidence.”
Jason Delaney of Wilsons Auctions, added: “It is an honour to continue our sponsorship of the Best Online Marketing awards at this year’s Dealership Awards.
"We understand the importance of a well-planned online strategy and are delighted to recognise dealerships that set new standards in this space. Congratulations to the Q3 winners.”
The quarterly winners will now progress to the annual CarsIreland Dealership Awards.
These take place at Croke Park in Dublin on November 26, 2026, where the overall winners will be announced.
Keary’s Carstore bills itself as Ireland's biggest used car supermarket dealership.
As well as Limerick, it has branches in Dublin, Cork and Galway. Its Galway branch is at Ballybrit, in Cork, it’s located at Little Island in Cork.
In Dublin, Kearys can be found at Kylemore Road, which is situated west of the capital.
