"Absolutely superb, tonight was fabulous", one social media user boasted online after watching the Late Late Show St Patrick's Day special.
Patrick Kielty presented the Friday, March 15 show which saw 'iconic' sing-songs, world record breaking performances, comedy sketches and routinely, some memorable giveaways.
Host Patrick Kielty was in flying form presenting and even did an Irish dance jig upon his entrance.
Social media, however, cannot stop talking about said 'iconic' performances from the likes of former Irish rugby stars, Tommy Bowe and Donncha O'Callaghan, who were forced into an impromptu performance of The Dubliners famous song, The Black Velvet Band.
One person said: "Loving the show. Lads are hilarious", while another chimed in "Tommy for hosting the late late show!".

Toy Show Star Sheamie Garrihy made his Late Late Show return for the St Patrick's Day instalment, once again stealing the hearts of many around the country.
The Kilfenora, Co Clare native who is only seven-years-old, gave a "brilliant" interview as he played the concertina and even closed out the show with a singing performance.

One person said: "Ah here, this guy is a legend! Is there anything that phases him?", while another wrote "He definitely doesn't lack confidence little Sheamie now does he - not a bit of it!".
As well as these array of performances, a Guinness Book of World Records was broken live on air, as Una Healy took to Croke Park to present the biggest céilidh band performance.
