TWITTER REACTS: Dustin the Turkey makes a surprise appearance at Eurovision 2023 in Liverpool
Ireland may be out of Eurovision 2023 but viewers around the world were surprised to see a former Irish Eurovision contestant make a cameo appearance in Liverpool on Tuesday night.
Ireland's Eurovision 2008 entry Dustin the Turkey, who sang "Irelande Douze Pointe" in Serbia 15 years ago, popped up from behind a couch during the interval while the public vote was occurring in the first semi-final.
Twitter users were quick to take to social media to have their say on Dustin's return to the renowned song contest.
