United Arab Emirates Rose - Ceiline O’Meara My name is Ceiline O’Meara (28). I am a Primary School Teacher and Musician from Limerick, currently based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). I’m on a career break from Scoil an Spioraid Naoimh, Limerick, and now teaching in Sharjah, UAE. I’m a harpist and pianist, and since moving to the UAE, I brought my harp with me. I’ve performed at various events across the country, including the prestigious Dubai World Cup, and even had the honour of performing for Sheikh Saeed Al Maktoum. As an All-Ireland Fleadh Champion, I joined the Comhaltas group here in the UAE and I am looking forward to the All-Ireland Fleadh this year in Wexford. In 2018, I began modelling with Celia Holman Lee and the Holman Lee Agency. Over the years, I’ve taken part in the Rose of Tralee Fashion Shows, and since moving abroad, I’ve began collaborating with Cara Jewellers based in the UAE. I’m incredibly proud to be the first UAE Rose and I look forward to representing each of the seven Emirates in Tralee!

Washington DC Rose - Soracha McGrath Dia dhuit! My name is Soracha, I’m 25 years old, and I’m honoured to be representing the U.S. capital as the 2025 Washington D.C. Rose. I was born in Dublin and have had the joy of calling both Ireland and Washington D.C. home throughout my life. My wonderful parents are originally from Claremorris, County Mayo—which holds a special place in my heart. I spent part of my childhood there and developed a lifelong love for Mayo GAA - Up Mayo! I currently work as a Junior Professional Associate at the World Bank Group, the world’s largest development organisation. It’s incredibly rewarding to contribute to the mission of ending poverty and create a more sustainable planet. I earned my bachelor’s degree from University College Dublin, in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics, and this fall, I’ll be starting a Master’s program at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business—an exciting new chapter! Outside of work, I love practicing yoga, going for runs, baking, and of course, supporting Mayo GAA. Representing D.C. as the 2025 Rose is truly a dream come true.

Western Canada Rose - Ciara Confrey Hi everyone! My name is Ciara, I am 26 years old and originally from Newbridge, County Kildare. I moved to Calgary, Canada when I was 15 and have been here ever since! I transferred to high school here and went on to pursue a career in Medical Esthetics through Delmar College, where I graduated with honours in 2019. Since then, I have gone on to work in some of the top ranked clinics in Calgary, became an educator at the college I graduated from and then went on to being the Admission Advisor and Director for that college. I have won various awards for singing, dancing and acting and also have created programs in which services are offered at no cost to the parents residing at the Ronald McDonald House in Calgary. In my spare time I love singing, painting, baking, and spending time with my daughter, Mia, who is almost 1 year old! I’m so excited for this journey and can’t wait to meet all my fellow roses! Slán!

I live on my family farm in a rural village called Boolavogue in Wexford, and I am delighted to be selected as this year's Wexford Rose. I am currently in my 3rd year of college at SETU in Wexford, studying for a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Farm Management and Agribusiness. I am currently completing my 6-month work placement at John Cullen Grain in Ballymurn. I am a very sociable person with a great sense of humour. I am heavily involved in Macra on various committees within the organisation. I am involved in my local community, helping out when I can. I love country music and dancing, and I'm never too far from a dance floor. I also love playing bingo every Friday night for Oulart the Ballagh GAA club. I'm very lucky to have a great group of friends and family who have helped me to achieve any goals I set my mind to. I look forward to my Rose journey and making new friends along the way.
