London Rose - Shauna Sammon Hello! I’m Shauna, I’m 28, and I come from Westport, County Mayo. I’m honoured to represent the Irish community in London at this year’s Rose of Tralee International Festival. I’ve lived in London for nearly five years and work as a primary school teacher at St Andrew’s Catholic Primary School, having qualified from St Mary’s University in Twickenham. Teaching has always been a true devotion of mine, driven by a love for children and a desire to help them reach their potential. Gaelic football has been a passion of mine from a young age. I grew up playing with Westport LGFA and now proudly play for Round Towers London — a club that feels like a second home. I come from a very musical family and have sung from a young age. Music is a great source of comfort and pride, and I’ve performed at various events and competitions over the years. I’m looking forward to meeting all of the other International Roses and look forward to my year as the 2025 London Rose!

Longford Rose - Sara-Lee Greene My name is Sara-Lee Greene, and I am privileged to call myself the Longford Rose for 2025. I am a 25-year-old hailing from Edgeworthstown in County Longford. After spending four years in the lovely city of Galway I qualified as a mental health nurse. Following my qualification, I accepted a job in the mental health services in Sligo. I have spent the last two years working and living in Sligo and I am happy to call it my home away from home. I love living in Sligo as there is so much to enjoy on my days off. I really enjoy my job as it is an honour to be able to work with those who need empathy and compassion. I enjoy music and singing and love opportunities to take part in various music groups. I also enjoy playing sports and love playing Gaelic football and rugby. I am really looking forward to representing Longford as their rose and I cannot wait to share this experience with all the other Roses!

Luxembourg Rose - Aisling Guilfoyle My name is Aisling Guilfoyle, and I am a French-Irish marketing graduate living in Luxembourg. I studied at KEDGE Business School in Bordeaux and the University of Alabama, majoring in Marketing and Communications. Curious by nature and deeply people oriented, I am passionate about storytelling, local culture, and finding unexpected connections in everyday moments. Born and raised in Luxembourg, I grew up in a home where Irish and French cultures intertwined: a childhood shaped by traditions, big family reunions, and annual trips to Ireland that always included a swim at the Forty Foot, and my dad’s stories in Castlemartyr. I credit this multicultural background for my openness and love of spontaneous, meaningful conversations. I currently work in content marketing and co-founded a local visibility platform that champions small businesses and creatives. I believe in the power of authenticity, a good laugh, and showing up for others. Taking part in the Rose of Tralee is my way of celebrating my Irish heritage while building connections across communities with warmth, humour, and heart.

Mayo Rose - Clara Gardiner Hi there! My name is Clara Gardiner, and I am honoured to be representing the Green and Red of Mayo in this years’ Rose of Tralee. I am 24 years old, and I hail from a small village called Kilfian in north Mayo. I am blessed to have the incredible scenic views of Downpatrick Head Céide Fields and Néphin, to name but a few, on my doorstep. I am a proud mummy to my son, Noah who turns 3 on the 7th of August this year, just before I start my journey on the Rose tour! I am also a full-time student in St. Angela’s Sligo, studying a bachelors’ degree in Home Economics education. In my spare time I love singing and playing my guitar at weddings, gigs or anywhere I can go! I also enjoy running, reading, baking, travelling and creating art. I am so excited for the journey ahead and the experiences the next two years as Mayo rose will bring. I will hopefully meet you somewhere along the way!
