A man in his 50s pronounced dead at scene of Dublin incident

A MAN in his 50s was pronounced deceased at the scene of an incident that occurred in Clondalkin.

Gardaí received a report of a fatal workplace accident that occurred at a premises in Clondalkin, Co Dublin at approximately 7:50pm yesterday, October 5.

The body of the man aged in his 50s has been removed from the scene and a post-mortem will take place at a later time.

The Health and Safety Authority was notified in respect of this matter and were able to attend the scene to conduct an examination.
