On this day, March 31 in 2004, Castletroy College, led by captain Rachel Clancy, secured the All-Ireland Schoolgirls Basketball League, Cadette 'B' title with a thrilling 32-31 win over Colaiste Mhuire, Crosshaven at the then named 'ESB Arena' Tallaght, Dublin.
