TWO Limerick homes are in the running for the title of Ireland’s Most Christmassy.
Bernie Carroll from Bruree and Cormac Hayes from Shanagolden have been named among the six finalists for the 2018 Ireland's Most Christmassy Home competition.
Now in its third year, entries were received from all across the country for this festive competition.
The two houses are lit up with magical festive displays and public voting has now opened.
Energia selected the six finalists, with the two from Limerick.

Voting will close at midnight on Tuesday, December 11 with the winner to be announced by Energia on Thursday, December 13.
This year’s fantastic prizes are donations of €3,000, €2,000 and €1,000 respectively to the charity of choice of the first, second and third placed entries following the public vote.
From all the entries received, Energia noted a number of 2018 Christmas decoration trends, including the generous use of silver to decorate Christmas trees and a significant volume of reindeer and Santa figures in particular.
