Young Munster and Munster prop Alan Cotter made his debut for Premiership giants Bath Rugby against Harlequins in the LV=Cup
TALENTED young Limerick prop Alan Cotter made his debut for Bath Rugby in their LV=Cup clash with Harlequins on Friday night last.
Young Munster and Munster prop Cotter came on as a second half replacement for Bath in their 21-12 defeat to ‘Quins at Twickenham Stoop. Cotter has joined Bath on a short term loan-deal from Munster until the end of the month. The 26-year-old also enjoyed a successful loan spell at London Irish earlier in the season. Garryowen-born Cotter made three appearances for the Exiles in the Premiership. Two of Bath’s props, Wales star Paul James, and England international David Wilson, are currently on autumn international duty.
The exciting Cotter has been named on the replacements bench for Bath Rugby’s clash with Harlequins at the Recreation Ground in Round 9 of the Aviva Premiership on this Friday night, November 23. The game will be televised live on Sky Sports 2 with coverage beginning at 7.30pm.
