AS you can see, the Limerick Leader has today launched a completely redesigned website - we hope you like it!

The new-look website has been designed to enhance our reputation as the best source for online news about the Limerick area. If also offer readers the opportunity find local jobs, motors and property online. And this is just the start: our new site will offer more exciting new content in the weeks ahead.

www.limerickleader.ie is already the most popular provincial newspaper site in the country, with 79,450 unique users visiting it during the month of January 2010. The Webtrends technology which monitors our website also reveals that visitors log on in dozens of different countries around the world - though most of you are locally based.

If you’re already one of our regular visitors, you’ll be familiar with the online updates of news and sport. The good news is that the all-new site will make it a lot easier for readers to find what they want to read.

News, sports, community and lifestyle content are all featured on our attractive new homepage, with enhanced use of photographs. More features will be added soon. In the meantime, if you’ve got something to say about a story or want to get something off your chest, then commenting on stories is easier on the new website - all you have to do is register as a user (which takes just a few minutes) and you’re away.

We really hope you like the new website. You can let us know what you think by dropping us an e-mail at: news@limerickleader

Enjoy your visit - and come back soon!
