MORE than seven months after they were filmed, the episodes of the hit reality TV show Celebrity Come Dine With Me featuring local fashion queen Celia Holman Lee will finally air on TV3 early next month, over five nights beginning on January 7

The night hosted by Celia is first up on the opening Monday and she treats fellow contestants including former Miss World Rosanna Davison to what is billed as a “Moroccan-themed evening”.

Celia has freely admitted that her ability in the kitchen has never overly impressed husband Ger and she was somewhat dubious about accepting the offer, but with a €5,000 prize on offer to the winner’s charity of choice she decided to take the plunge.

“I’m dreading it!” she said this week.

“Anyone who really knows me knows that I can’t cook an egg. They couldn’t believe that I would put myself through it, but I went into the Cornstore and they showed me how to cook one full dinner. I can’t even remember what it was now! I was never any good in the kitchen but I never believed that was the way to a man’s heart,” she added.
