Four games into the new LDMC Premier Division season and Pike Rovers still have their 100% record intact.

Regional took the lead in this one when Danny Neville blocked down a clearance to beat his namesake in the Pike goal. Three goals in a ten minute spell after the restart finished the tie. Dave Ryan, John Tierney and Eoin Hanrahan were on target.
Peter Nash reduced the deficit with a free kick but an own goal deflected from Keith Harnett’s header sealed the issue.

Geraldines maintained their unbeaten start to the Premier League chalking up their third win in four when accounting for Aisling in Annacotty on Sunday morning.
Darren Harrington had given the home side an early lead but an own goal on the half hour mark restored parity in the game.
Before half time Richie Flynn netted what proved the winner to set up a mouth watering clash with Pike Rvs on Thursday evening.

Ballynanty Rvs, parading six of last year’s youth side, rang up their second win of the season beating Corbally 4-1 in Shelbourne Park.
A 25 yard cracker from Eddie Radcliffe separated the sides at the break and Dara Hughes then tacked on a second via a deflection after the restart. Jason Hughes made it 3-0 before Ian Dunworth reduced the deficit from the spot. Alex Purcell tacked on number four in a skilful performance by the home side.

A cracking game at the Fairgreen went the way of the home side with a last minute goal. Mark McGrath fired Fairview ahead after eight minutes but goals by Finbar Hanley and Ryan Glenn in a five minute spell on the hour mark put the visitors in front.
Dean McNamara levelled the tie on 81 minutes and with a draw beckoning, Colm Heffernan’s run created the chance for Colin Scanlon to snatch the winner.
