DANCING RESUMES: Set Dancing for adults resumes in Boher in the Community Centre from this Thursday, January 9, from 7-30 pm to 9 pm and for children on this Friday, January 10, from 5 pm to 6 pm. Junior Set-Dancing, Céilí, Line Dancing, Sean-Nós, Jive etc will resume in the Muintir na Tíre Hall, Murroe from this Thursday, January 9 at 4-30 pm. Senior classes for fitness and fun will take place on Wednesdays from 7-45 pm in the Community Centre, Cappamore. Beginners are welcome to all classes and enquiries can be made to 085 7417609.

MURROE-BOHER HISTORICAL SOCIETY: Murroe-Boher Historical Society presents a talk by Mr Joseph Lennon on ‘The Down Survey Maps & the Cromwellian Settlement of Limerick’. This will take place at the Fitzgerald Room of the Muintir na Tire Hall, Murroe, on Thursday, January 16, at 8.30 pm, sharp. All are most welcome.

The Boher Parish Social will take place at the Millennium Centre, Caherconlish, on Friday, January 31.

CHURCH NEWS: The changes to the weekend masses in Boher church will now take place from the beginning of March, 2014.
