October: is the month of the Missions & Sunday 20th is Mission Sunday. Our Holy Father, Pope Francis invites us to pray for Christians who live in Countries where there is discord, strife and war. The collection taken up is given in its entirety to as many as 1,100 young Churches in mission countries. Last year over €2 million collected in Ireland went directly towards the building of schools, hospitals & churches as well as helping in the training of novices & seminarians. Your prayers & financial support is much appreciated.
