CAKE SALE: The Thursday Club are holding a Cake Sale in aid of the Community Resource Centre in Ballybrown School Hall on next Sunday, March 24 after 11a.m. mass. Competition for children – six cupcakes decorated for Easter. Raffle for Easter Hamper and Easter Cake. School will be open at 10a.m. to take the cakes. Come along and enjoy a cup of tea and a chat. BALLYBROWN PARISH CLEAN-UP: A Féile fundraising Clean up will take place on Saturday, March 23 in conjunction with the Parish Tidy Towns Committee. Ballybrown GAA Juvenile Club Hurling and Camogie Féile Teams will help with the clean-up of the parish from 10a.m. to 12:30 a.m. In addition, the Féile Committee will be holding a church gate collection on March 23 and 24 to raise much needed funds for the Féile weekend. Your support would be very much appreciated.

MPCC CREDIT UNION PARTNERS WITH CITIZENS INFORMATION BOARD: MPCC Credit Union has invited the Citizens Information Board to visit their Dooradoyle office on the last Wednesday of every month to provide a drop-in clinic and meet with members who wish to avail of their services. The Citizens Information Board provide information, advice and advocacy on a broad range of public and social services.

Information and advice is provided on a free, confidential, independent and impartial basis to all.

The service will begin on Wednesday, March 27 when a representative from the Citizens Information Board will be in attendance from 10.30am – 12.30pm in Dooradoyle. The clinic will take place in a private room and operate on a drop-in basis with no appointments necessary.

Having this service on your doorstep is a real benefit of being a member of the credit union and MPCC encourages members to avail of this service if you have any queries or concerns regarding public services or your rights and entitlements.
