I had a really wonderful time at the County Clare Annual Hunt Ball at Bunratty Castle Hotel with David Shelly, general manager, Ruth Grant, Angela Taylor (Clare Hunt), Kieran O Connell (Clare Hunt chairman), Marguerite Curran, Josephine Kilcoyne, Tony Lynch (Clare Hunt) and Donie O Brien

David told me that it was the biggest attendance in years and that seems to be the trend with wedding fairs this season.

I was very impressed with Bunratty Village - there was a great buzz and atmosphere which leads me to the Clare Hunt Annual Ball which was held in Bunratty Castle Hotel on Saturday night last. It was certainly an evening of glitz and glamour with over 300 guests in attendance. Chairman Kieran Walsh was delighted with the turnout and the hardworking efforts of his committee members especially Angela Taylor and Tony Lynch.

The beautiful wines on the night were supplied by Donie O’Brien of Eno Wines.

Congratulations to general manager David Shelly of Bunratty Castle Hotel for organising a wonderful
weekend.
