Exposition and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament continues in both churches on Wednesday Knocklong 9:30am to 5:30pm Glenbrohane 10:30 am to 12:30pm. Anyone wanting to give time please contact the priests or the committee. All welcome

Getting married in 2014 the dates and venues for the pre marriage course for 2014 are on the notice boards in both churches. To guarantee a place you need to book six months in advance. You will receive a Certificate of Attendance on completion which is needed for the marriage papers.

trocaire: A very big thank you to all who supported the TROCAIRE appeal for Syrian and Philippines last week end a healthy sum was donated towards food, water, clothing, shelter and medical supports.

Knocklong Hall calendar: Tuesdays Set dancing & Seannós Dancing – 8:30 pm sharp note the time change €5 per class, more welcome to enjoy the Craic and company. Thursday’s Parent and Toddler group at 10:00 – 11:30am during school term. Welcome new members €3 per family unit. Minders of any children welcome, grandparents’ babysitters all considered family units. Santa will visit on the Thursday before Christmas so come and get in the fun for Christmas.

Friday’s Knocklong Youth Club- 7-8pm for 4th-5th-6th classes: 8-9pm secondary school students.

Gardá Clinic is being held in Knocklong Community Centre every second Monday evening Monday 9th – 23rd December - between 7pm and 8pm. Gardá Dino Wilkinson will have application forms other information details with him. Looking for passport age card etc. Drop in and get help at this time.

CRUMLIN COLLECTION: The organisers of the recent fundraising dance in aid of Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital Crumlin would again like to thank all who helped in making it a great success. The net profit on the night came to € 4375. A cheque is on its way to the hospital. This figure means that with your wonderful help we have donated in excess of € 40,000 towards the new cardiac unit which was very recently opened.
