KNOCKLONG mass times are as follows: Saturday 7:30pm Sunday 9:00am and 11:30am GLENBROHANE masses are as follows this Saturday 8:00pm Sunday 10:00am.

Week day masses: Knocklong 9:00am Monday Wednesday and Friday; liturgy of the word with Holy Communion 9:00am Tuesday and Thursday.

Glenbrohane: Monday, Wednesday and Friday mass 10:00am

Exposition and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament continues in both churches on Wednesday Knocklong 9:30am to 5:30pm Glenbrohane 10:30 am to 12:30pm

Altar servers: welcome to the new alter servers who have just started their year and best wishes to those who have moved on with the graduating to secondary school

Apostolate of Perpetual Eucharist adoration: a meeting will be held in St. Patricks College Thurles on Saturday 28th of September at 9:00am to 1:00pm. it is important for every centre to be represented for further details contact the chairperson

CHURCH Plan: for the future local diocessan training for the future will take place for 5 Thursdays in October in Millenium centre Caherconlish. For more details contact Fr Willy Hennessy 06253114 or your local parish priest

HSE Accredited Keeping Safe Child Protection Training: will take place in Knocklong Community Centre on Friday 4th October and Saturday 5th October. Knocklong Hall calendar : Tuesdays Set dancing & Sean nós Dancing - 7pm sharp to 8pm €5 per class. Great first couple of sessions more welcome to enjoy the Craic and company. Great way for our local hurlers to keep fit through the winter.

Hospital Family resource Centre: Rainbow Support programme for children and young people who have suffered grief or loss through separation or death. Glenbrohane Old School & Parish Reunion: Glenbrohane Old School & Parish Reunion Committee having put a very successful reunion to rest, is delighted to announce that we are in the process of putting a booklet of photographs together with a view to launching it around Christmas 2013. With this in mind we are trying to source as many old photos in the Parish of Glenbrohane as possible & we are appealing to readers requesting that photos be submitted for inclusion in the booklet to any of the committee members within the next eight weeks . Rest assured that all photographs will be handled with care, will be copied and returned to owner asap.
