FEILE NA NGAEL: Last weekend Ballybricken/Bohermore GAA Club hosted Four Roads Roscommon for the Feile Na nGael which was held in Limerick this year. Thanks to all who made this a great weekend. Thanks to parents, coaches, those who provided the hospitality and prepared the grounds. Four Roads departed at midday on Sunday following Mass in Ballybricken church.

CHURCH GATE COLLECTION: The Church Gate Collection for SERVE takes place on Saturday and Sunday July 13 and 14. SERVE works in partnership with the Redemptorists to support vulnerable communities in Africa, Asia and South America. All funds raised in this collection will support the education, skills training and livelihood projects so your support would be very much appreciated. BURSARY AWARD: Application forms and terms and conditions for the St Ailbe’s Credit Union Michael Gill Bursary Award are now available in all offices and online at www.stailbescu.ie. The Bursary Award is €3,000 and the closing date is 6 September 2013.

GAA LOTTO: Draw held on June 30 : There was no winner of the Jackpot this week. Numbers drawn: 1, 8, 26 and 28. Lucky Dip winners were Sinead Ryan, Patrick Frawley, Barry McGregor and Tom O’Rourke. CAHERELLY KIDS MONTESSORI: Caherelly Kids Montessori & After School are now taking names for September 2013 for Montessori including the free pre-school year and our After School Service. EXPOSITION AND NOVENA: Exposition and Novena continues in both churches in the parish as follows: Ballybricken: Novena at 7.30pm on Monday, Exposition on Tuesday, 3pm – 10pm; 
Bohermore: Exposition on Thursday, 5.30pm – 7.30pm and Novena at 7.30pm after Exposition.

ESPYS: The ESPYS (Excellence in Sports Performance Yearly Award) is an accolade presented by the American sports television network ESPN and local girl Rebecca Barry is nominated in the Best Play category award this year for her amazing goal in a recent hockey game with the University of Richmond. Rebecca is an Irish international hockey player. Best of luck Rebecca.
