Well Riverfest kicked off to great crowds at Arthurs Quay shopping centre with Riverfest Fashion Friday which saw over forty stores throughout the City participating from fashion to jewellery to shoes to bridal wear to hair and make- up, we had it all covered!

Arthurs Quay Shopping Centre went down a treat with the crowds as people covered both the ground floor and the upper level to enjoy the show.

One of the lovely things about the morning coffee and afternoon tea fashion shows were that they were in aid of the earthquake relief appeal in Nepal, it was hosted by the generous Philip and Muriel of The Food Court.

Mark Quinn who is the youngest Irish person ever to climb Mount Everest was on hand on behalf of the appeal which raised over €1,000.

It was off out to the Raddison then for the hugely successful ZipYard annual conference. ZipYard of course are one of the most successful alteration companies on the market. But great alterations is not all they do as we well know from restyling suits, dresses, coats you name it they can restyle it.

They have branches from Donegal to Cork, you could say they have the alteration business sewn up. Another huge Limerick success story run by Don and his daughter Caroline Wallace, well done !

Chat to you all next week !
