40th Anniversary Bingo: There was a packed house in Cappamore Community Centre on Sunday last for the momentous anniversary bingo. There were visitors from all over Munster and winners from as far away as Kilkenny. There was €4,200 given away in prize money on the day as well as 14 Valuable raffle prizes. It is now one of the most enduring Bingo sessions in the country and great credit to the very hardworking committee who have kept it going through thick and thin.

School Gathering: Calling all Laurel Hill FCJ past and present pupils and their families, why not join us for the biggest past pupil gathering and family fun night at the Limerick Greyhound Stadium on Friday 8th November in aid of school development fund. Recent Death: The death took place recently of John McGrath , Killuragh. He is survived by his son, George, daughter-in-law and family.

Camogie Club: Cappamore Camogie Club will run a Halloween Disco from 7.30p.m. til 9.30p.m. on Saturday 25th October in Community Centre. Fancy Dress is optional. €5 per child. FULLY SUPERVISED.
