WEDDING: The wedding between Kathleen O’Keeffe,Rosemount, daughter of Margaret O’Keeffe, and the Late Tom O’Keeffe, Rosemount, and Alan Doyle, Blanchardstown, Dublin was held in Cappagh Church on Friday 26th July. The celebration of the nuptial mass was Fr. Phonsie Cullinan P.P Rathkeale. Chief bridesmaid was Fiona Doyle, sister of the bride. Nadia Roche-O’Keeffe, niece of the bride was bridesmaid as was Tara Cronin. Best man was Trevor McGowan, groomsmen were Ian McGowan and Tony Dooley. Darragh O’Keeffe, nephew of the bride was pageboy. Flowergirls were Clodagh O’Keeffe, Julie Gill and Lily Rose Doyle. Soloists in the Church for the wedding were Una and Emer Feehan. The reception was held in the Devon Inn. Dance music was supplied by Keep-In-Touch. The happy couple Kathleen and Alan are honeymooning in Marbella,Spain. Kathleen and Alan are wished health,happiness and longevity.

Ireland will be consecrated to the Immacullate heart of Mary on August 15th, the solemnity of the assumption of the blessed Virgin Mary. This wil take place at Knock Shrine, during annual Novena to Our Lady of Knock. Fr.Tom is now safely in Munich and his greetings to all. 
Mass for fine weather for our farmers, wednesday evening at 8.30pm

Irish Palatine Association: To mark National Heritage Week 2013, the Irish Palatine Association Heritage Centre will be open on Sunday afternoons 18th and 25th August from 2 - 5 p.m. Admission is free to those who visit on these dates. All are welcome.
