Congratulations to our association President Mr tommy Moran who received a special presentation on behalf of the Association for his support and continued loyalty and the large gathering on the night were treated to the great sounds of “Celtic Crunch” who provided excellent entertainment.

Our thanks also to the representatives from the Council of Irish County Associations who showed their support and also to the Irish World newspaper for their coverage of the evening.

All roads lead to the Emerald GAA rounds on Sunday for the clash of Limerick v London which took place under severe wintry conditions and we express our thanks to all those who braved the elements to attend this interesting clash in the National Football League.

Excitement went right down to the wire as Limerick held on to maintain their pole position in Div 4 recording a 1-9 to 1-8 victory over London.

Congratulations to the London GAA County Board on their excellent hosting of the event in Ruislip and after the game there was a great gathering of supporters in the Emerald clubhouse to round off a very memorable day.
