Exercise Classes: Exercise Classes continue in Loughill Resource Centre every Wednesday evening from 7.00 to 8.00 p.m.

White River Fest: This May Bank Holiday weekend Gerald Griffins GAA Bord Na nOg are hosting the sequel to last year’s successful WHITE RIVER FEST.

If you enjoyed last year’s event or were disappointed at missing it then this year will be bigger and better with something for everyone.

To launch this year’s WHITE RIVER FEST we are hosting a launch/media night at the clubhouse Pairc Abha Bhan in Ballyhahill where all media persons and sponsors are most welcome. This kicks off at 8.00 p.m. on the evening of Wednesday April 3rd. and after the launch all are welcome to some ceol agus craic at The Angler’s Rest in Loughill.

The event itself will be held over the May Bank Holiday Weekend May 3rd - 6th inclusive with the event schedule hereunder.

This event will tie in with “The Gathering” and we hope to have many returning home for this event.

Sympathy:The death took place of Michael Collins, Coole, Tenekilla, Ballyhahill at the weekend. Sincere sympathy to his wife Eileen, sons Anthony and Mark and daughter Deirdre Kelly. May his soul rest in peace Amen

Gerald Griffin’s: Congratulations to Gerald Griffin’s who had a two point win over Bruff in the first round of the all county football league. They will play Athea in the next round this Saturday in Athea.
