FEDAMORE PTAA: The winners of our fundraising Easter Raffle were as follows – 1st Prize €100 Bridget O’Callaghan, Ballyneety. 2nd prize – Betty Kenneally, Ballyagran, €50 ; 3rd Prize, Kathryn Galvin, Ballyagran, €25; 4th Prize Bernie Byrne Clarina €25. Thank you for your support.

ANNUAL PARISH CLEAN-UP: The annual parish clean up organised by Fedamore Community Council and sponsored by Limerick County Council and An Taisce, will take place on Sunday April 21, at 2pm. The Community Centre will be the meeting point for volunteers, where gloves, pickers and bags will be provided to facilitate the collection of roadside waste. Refreshments will be served later in the Community Centre. Your support will be greatly appreciated.

LOTTO: Castle Rovers weekly lotto draw was held in The Ranch Bar. Numbers drawn were – 21 – 16 – 17 – 20. One player with Match 3, John Greensmith c/o Sheila. We appreciate your continued support, Jackpot now stands at €6,000.

CASTLE ROVERS: Played Herbertstown on Sunday last with away venue. Both teams played in windy conditions. Castle took the lead with a goal in the first half from Micheal Ryan, but Herbertstown rallied and levelled the match. Final score 1 – 1. Well done to all.

GOLF: Our local golf society held their outing in Dundrum on Sunday last. Winner was Johnnie Neenan, 2nd was Jeromy O’Mahony, 3rd Pat Burton. Front Nine James Flavin; Back Nine Eddie Power. A great day was enjoyed by all.

FEDAMORE G.A.A.: Last weeks Lotto draw held in Dempsey’s. Numbers drawn 9 – 13 – 14 – 22, No jackpot winner. Next weeks draw in the Ranch House Bar, jackpot €1,600.

Junior Football: Great start to our season, beating Knockane 0-13 to 1-8 on Thursday night last, and on Friday evening the Kilpeacon Minors beating Claughan 1-13 to 1-9. Unfortunately our hurlers did not share the good luck, getting defeated by Staker-Wallace. Score line 4-7 to 0-3. Training Tuesday & Thursday nights 7pm, all players to attend.
