CAMOGIE: Galbally Camogie will be holding their registration night on Friday February 8th between 7 and 9 pm. Registration fees children €15 and adults €25. The cost of running Galbally Camogie last year came to just under €10,000, this is broken down into insurance, referees, county board affiliations, Hurley’s, Sliotars.  There will also be a presentation of the U12 championship medals on the night to last season’s champions. 2012 was a very successful year for Galbally Camogie with capturing Senior B league and championship titles, U12 A Championship title, U10 county blitz title and north Cork league title. The U18s ,U16s and U14s all reached their respective finals so the club for its size is performing exceptionally well. This is an important year for Galbally Camogie as the Féile is coming to county Limerick. Our U14 team will need to be committed and be prepared for an exciting few months of Camogie with an all-Ireland title up for grabs. Managers and club officers will be delighted to meet parents and players on registration night to discuss the year ahead.
