In addition to our usual activities we had a visit from Dr. Edward Sordillo from Chiropractic Centre Dooradoyle. He attended our Club and gave a very informative and encouraging talk on the benefits of exercise in our lives. He also gave us some challenging ways to help us live a healthier and more active life. Garda Darell Tubridy also attended and he gave us some very good advice on the measures we must take for our protection and safety within our homes and community. The members were very much appreciative to Garda Tubridy for giving of his precious time to talk at our Club. There is no fear of us losing our singing voices with P J Carroll on the keyboard, Ann Reidy on the concertina and Josephine on the accordion, we sure are a lively bunch. We have an abundance of singers, story-telling and a few jokes.
