PATRICKSWELL POP-UP SHOP: Our neighbours in Patrickswell will open a Pop-Up Shop on Saturday September 28 in aid of Fr. Derek Leonard’s Mission in Peru and St Joseph’s Orphanage in Romania. Everything from a needle to an anchor will be for sale, and all items will be in mint condition, with bargains for all ages. The premises have been kindly made available for by John Leddin. The shop will open at 10am, with tea, coffee and cakes available. Raffle tickets will also be on sale, so please come along for a shopping experience with a difference.

PASTORAL WALK: St. Nessan’s Pastoral area team (which includes Crecora) are facilitating a pilgrim walk for the ‘Year of Faith’ on Sunday the 29th September. The total distance is 1.8km and all are welcome. The assembly point for the circular walk will be in the car park at Redemptorists Church (A) at 2:30pm – Moving to Dominican Church (B) via Henry St. and Glentworth Street. Through Pery Square to St. Michael’s Church of Ireland (C) and on to St. Joseph’s Church (D), concluding in the Redemptorists (A) at 4:40pm (approx.) with a brief pause for reflection and prayer at each venue.
