Christmas Fair: Bilboa National School will hold its Annual Christmas Fair on this Sunday 17th November at 2.00pm in the Community Centre, Cappamore. This event is now in its 27th year and has always proven to be a very enjoyable day out with a huge variety of competitions and entertainment to suit all ages. There is something for everyone: Wheel of fortune, Santa, coats and handbags stall, bric-a-brac, cakes, toys, books, games, competitions, children’s entertainment and lots, lots more. All proceeds will go towards the development of the school.

Urgent Trócaire Collection: A collection will be taken up after Holy Communion at all Masses next weekend in an effort to help the PEOPLE of SYRIA who are facing the worst humanitarian crisis in a generation. Over 100,000 people have lost their lives in two years of war. Approximately 5.8 million Syrians have been forced to abandon their homes, with 2.1 million people seeking refuge in the neighbouring countries. More than 50% of registered refugees are children. Your generosity for this special appeal will be appreciated. Donations can also be left in to the Parochial House.
Aishlinn Quaid: Our sympathies to Pat & Kathleen Hennessy, Knocknacorriga, whose grandchild, Aishlinn Quaid died last week at the age of 6. She is also survived by her parents, Eamonn & Marie(nee Hennessy) and granddad Eamonn Quaid.
