TABLE QUIZ: Ardpatrick National School is holding a fundraising Table Quiz in the Greenwood Inn on Friday night April 19th at 9pm, the charge is €40 per table of 4 people, there will also be a raffle on the night.

SPEED SIGNS: A number of Camera Speed Signs have recently been erected in the village environs and also in areas of the parish, presumably the speed vans will soon follow and park at various locations.

SPRING CLEAN: A big effort has gone into the Spring clean of the roadsides in the parish by members of the Community Council, and the wider community, the school children will get involved when the weather will improves. The clean up will continue for the month of April, bags filled and tied can be left in the Community Centre yard for later collection by the County Council, roadside refuse only please.

WALKS: Ballyhoura Bears have an evening walk from Ardpatrick Community Centre on this Thursday April 18th at 7.30, about 2 hours walking, contact 086-382 4711.

The “C” walk on Saturday is from Ardpatrick Community Centre at 11 am, 1-2 hours duration contact 087-416 6769

On Sunday 21st the “A” and “B” walk are from Goosers Pub, Killaloe, Co. Clare the “A” walk is about 5 hours and a 10 am start, contact 087-638 5290.

The “B” walk is about 4 hours, and has a 11am start contact 085-834 2992.
