Congratulations: to the winner of €60,000 telly bingo jackpot last Friday and to Tom White Food Store, New Line, Rathkeale.

Hearty Congratulations: to all the children who received the Lord for the first time last Sunday.

A tribute to the late Mick Neville: The death occured on Monday, April 25 of Mick Neville, Main Street, Rathkeale. A native of Dromtarrif, Co Cork, Mick came to Rathkeale 55 years ago as foreman of a Kanturk building firm to build a new primary girls school for the Sisters of Mercy. In Rathkeale he met and married Martha O’Shea and they had six children. He worked for 27years in Limerick County Council water services as clerk of works and will be sadly missed by all his workmates. Mick was a great supporter of the GAA and played with Rathkeale for many years. In later years Mick was chairman of the Rathkeale club and one of its trutees. On the day of his funeral the Dromtarrif team provided a guard of honour together with local GAA club and community coucil, and several other organisations. To his wife Martha, sons Pat, Michael, Matthew and Tony, his daughters Marian and Eileen, his brothers sisters, his 10 grandchildren, his in laws, the people of Rathkeale offer their deepest condolences of their sad lost.
