The Witness: The Witness, a musical by Carol & Jimmy Owens. The Witness is the story of Jesus, told and sung by Peter and the other men and women who knew the Master best. Featuring a great cast and coordinated by Fr. Terry Loughran. “The Witness” a musical will be presented by the diocese of Limerick in the Lime Tree Theatre, Mary Immaculate College, on Friday 8th and Saturday 9th March at 8pm.This production which is being staged just before Easter is an ideal opportunity for parishes, youth groups, as well as individuals to participate in a meaningful and relevant way in the Year of Faith and to enter into the spirit of the season of preparation for the events of Holy Week. Community Games: Table Tennis: The girl’s u13 team were in action on Friday 1st March in Shanagolden. They have qualified for the next round of the competition. Team was: Rebecca O Brien, Rebecca Carroll, Zoe Mangan, Sarah Leahy and Lana Cooke and they were trained by John Mangan.

Pallaskenry National School: Schoil Mhuire parents council would like to thank sincerely all the local businesses in Pallaskenry for their assistance with the sale of Pallaskenry Church 150th celebration Christmas/gathering invitation cards. Following last year’s enjoyable Bingo night the Parents Council of Schoil Mhuire are planning to hold another Bingo night in Schoil Mhuire on Thursday 14th March at 7.30pm.
