Board Na nOg: Our u13 hurlers had two fine wins last week in division1, After a comfortable win against Kilpeacon we had a far tougher match against Kilmallock. A cracking game of hurling finished 4-9 to 5-1 in favor of the Bruff boys.

Outstanding displays by Kevin Bonner, Bradley McNamara and Adam O’Dwyer were the highlight of a very impressive overall team performance.

Congratulations to the U8 hurlers who regained the Paddy Hehir cup by beating Garryspillane in Knocklong last Saturday.

Our u10 hurlers took part in a very well organised blitz last Saturday in Doon.

We fielded 2 teams and had some fantastic games against Doon, Caherline and Kilteely.

Some impressive displays by Rory Coleman, Daire O’Brien, David O’Riordan , Oige Nealon , Paul O’Brien and Brian Meaney to name but a few were the highlights of a very enjoyable mornings hurling.

Keep Fit: has resumed in Meanus Community Centre each Monday night commencing at 8p.m. All welcome to come along and join in the fun as well as shedding those few extra ounces.

The Parent Toddler Group has also resumed and is held in the Community Centre, Meanus each Tuesday morning from 9.30 a.m. until 11 a.m. All very welcome to attend.

Set Dancing has resumed in Meanus Community Centre each Wednesday night, commencing at 8.30 p.m. sharp. All welcome to attend.
