SET DANCING CLASSES: for children take place with Paula every Thursday evening at 5.45pm downstairs in the Community Centre. Classes last an hour and are open to all boys and girls over five years of age. This is a great opportunity to learn a new skill and have a bit of fun, now that the summer activities have ended.

EARLY YEARS BUSINESS AND COMPLIANCE SEMINAR: Canavan Byrne will present a childcare “Business and Compliance” workshop in the The Absolute Hotel Limerick on November 18 . This lecture will be of particular interest to those involved in the Montessori and Pre-Schools in the area and will cover the most important topics relevant to running your childcare business. Places are limited and will be available on a first come first served basis. The Workshop costs €20 per person and will run from 7pm – 10pm. Topics covered include: Preparing for a HSE Inspection, update on Regulation 5 and 8, carrying out a risk assessment on your service, record keeping , tax efficiency and business and finance tips.
