Match Results: Minor Hurling League Final. Killacolla Gaels played Sean Og Hanleys last Wednesday Evening 8th May in a rearranged venue at Martinstown for the South Minor Hurling League Final. It was always going to be an uphill struggle as we were missing some players and Sean Og Hanleys are strong all round but in fairness the team battled well in parts but went down to a final scoreline of 4:15 to 1:12. Big thank you to all players involved and also to the management team for their efforts thus far.

All County Junior Football League

Junior ‘A’ Footballers match against Cappagh Kilcornan did not happen and will have to be rescheduled.

South Junior ‘B’ Hurling League: Junior ‘B’ hurlers had a good win against Dromin Athlacca Tuesday Evening, in at times torrential rain, and well done to all including Alana Roche who had a good game and notched a lot of free’s, plus Michael Egan and Barry McGuelliot up front and Joe Ackim Kelly in nets also caught the eye. Final score was CTB 1:16 to Dromin Athlacca 2:03 and now qualify for the semi final so well done all involved including that man Bernard Walsh as Manager.
